What are the different support tiers?

Snapshot offers two primary levels of support:

Basic support

  • Live chat: Accessible from any page in the Snapshot app
  • Fast response times: Our average reply time is under 5 minutes
  • Email follow-ups: For more detailed discussions, you can continue the conversation via email
  • Community Discord: You can also seek help in Snapshot’s Discord server
  • Free and available to everyone

Premium support

  • All basic support features included
  • Dedicated Telegram group: Direct access to the Snapshot team, including the technical team
  • Prioritized feature development: Your feature requests receive higher priority
  • Available only for Premium networks or spaces with Snapshot Pro

How to report a security issue?

If you’ve discovered a vulnerability or security issue, please send an email to security@snapshot.org with as much information as possible to help us reproduce and address the issue.
