- Email follow-ups: For more detailed discussions, you can continue the conversation via email
- Community Discord: You can also seek help in Snapshot’s Discord server
- Free and available to everyone
Premium support
- All basic support features included
- Dedicated Telegram group: Direct access to the Snapshot team, including the technical team
- Prioritized feature development: Your feature requests receive higher priority
- Available only for Premium networks or spaces with Snapshot Pro
