# Upgrade your space

> Premium features and higher limits with Snapshot Plus or Snapshot Pro

Upgrade your space to unlock premium features and higher limits. Choose one of two plans, with the same features:

* **Snapshot Plus:** pay as you go with ETH credits, no commitment.
* **Snapshot Pro:** a monthly or yearly subscription. Pro spaces also get more visibility.

**Upgrade:** open your space settings and click **Upgrade space**, or go to [**snapshot.box/#/upgrade**](https://snapshot.box/#/upgrade).

## Features

* **Any network:** use any network, not only the [main ones](https://docs.snapshot.box/faq/networks#what-are-the-premium-networks)
* **Any strategies:** use delegation, overrides and [any other strategy](https://docs.snapshot.box/user-guides/premium-voting-strategies.md) you need
* **Increased proposal limits:** up to 100 proposals per day and 500 per month
* **Extended character limit:** up to 50,000 characters for proposal descriptions
* **More voting strategies:** combine up to 12 strategies (vs 4 for free)
* **More choices:** up to 1,000 choices per proposal (vs 10 for free)
* **Custom domain:** host your space on your own URL with full branding
* **Delegation dashboard:** a delegation dashboard for your space
* **Proposal monitoring:** spam and malicious proposals reviewed within 2 hours
* **Dedicated support:** direct access to the Snapshot team via Telegram
* **More visibility (Pro only):** your space ranks higher when people look for spaces on Snapshot, and its proposals get featured on X

## How Plus credits work

* Add credits from your space settings, in **Billing** > **Add credits**, with an Ethereum wallet. You can pay on Ethereum or Base, from 0.01 ETH per deposit.
* Your space is on Plus while its balance covers a proposal (0.01 ETH).
* Each proposal costs 0.01 ETH. Each new vote on a proposal created with Plus costs 0.0002 ETH. Changing a vote is free.
* Votes on Plus proposals are still charged once the balance runs out, so the balance can go below zero. An owed balance is paid back first when you add credits.
* Nothing is charged while a Pro subscription is active.
* Credits are not refundable.

## Payment contract address

Crypto payments are processed through the Schnaps contract, at the same address on Ethereum and Base:

Pro payments in USDC or USDT go through Ethereum. Plus credits can be added on Ethereum or Base. The [contract code is open source](https://github.com/snapshot-labs/schnaps).

> Never send funds to this contract directly. Always pay through Snapshot, from **Upgrade space** or **Billing** in your space settings, so the payment is linked to your space. A direct transfer is not linked to any space, so it will not upgrade yours.
>
> Always double-check the contract address before making a payment. If you see a different address or chain, it is not official.

## Cancellation policy

A Pro subscription paid in crypto cannot be canceled once activated. A card subscription can be managed from **Billing** > **Manage subscription**.

## Delegation dashboard

The delegation dashboard setup requires manual assistance. Please contact **@bonustrack** on Telegram to request help with configuring your delegation dashboard.
